Eriko Fujii

Eriko Fujii (M.Ost) graduated from the European School of Osteopathy, where she trained in a wide range of osteopathic approaches, including structural, cranial, and visceral techniques. She tailors each treatment to the individual, with a particular interest in supporting people in developing a greater sense of ease, safety, and connection within their bodies.

With a background in media and broadcasting, and having moved from Japan to the UK, Eriko brings a natural understanding and insight to her work. Her approach centres on the gentler spectrum of osteopathic techniques, which are well suited to sensitive nervous systems and to managing long-term conditions such as headaches, migraines, jaw tension, and other chronic pain.

Outside of practice, Eriko enjoys spending time in nature, meditation, forest bathing, and needlework, drawing inspiration from her Japanese heritage.
