Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, but please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a full charge. We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to this policy to ensure the smooth running of our clinic and to respect the time reserved for you and other patients.
